We work with booking kit to operate of the online shop for the sale of tickets. Payment transactions are handled via MangoPay or PayPal. Ticket sales are also handled via GetYourGuide. This enterprise only receives personal data to the extent required for the fulfilment of the relevant service. We pledge data processors under contract to only use personal data in compliance with the requirements of data protection legislation and to ensure that the rights of the data subject are safeguarded.

Log files
We use log files without relating them to your person or other profiling in order to perform statistical evalutions for the operation, security and optimisation of our website, as well as for anonymously recording the number of visitors to our website (traffic) and the extent and nature of the use of our website and services, and for billing purposes in order to measure the number of clicks received by our cooperation partners. On the basis of this information we can provide personalised and site-related content, analyse data traffic, seek and eliminate errors, and improve our services. This also constitutes our legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6 (1)(f) GDPR.
We reserve the right to subsequently check log files should specific evidence support a justified suspicion of unlawful usage. IP addresses are stored in the log files for a limited period should this be necessary for security purposes or for the performance or billing of a service, for example if you use one of our products.
